El curso 2018-19, el área de Didáctica de la Expresión Musical, ofreció un curso para alumnado de altas capacidades, dentro del PROGRAMA DE ENRIQUECIMIENTO EXTRACURRICULAR MENTORÍAS UNIVERSITARIAS de la Universidad de Cádiz.

En él se ofrecieron distintas sesiones para que estudiantes de secundaria tuvieran un acercamiento al software libre dedicado a la composición, edición y aprendizaje musical.
